Gulliver Brasil is a Belgian- Brazilian Incoming Agency founded in March 2005 by Jan Hillen and Rosana Pimentel (the co-founder). Mr. Jan, who lives and work officially in Brazil since January 2000 and Mrs. Rosana, a native Brazilian highly experienced on different touristic destinations of Brazil that decided to leave the Team to expand her travel knowledge visiting several different countries.
Our main proposal as a Travel Agency is to show Brazil in an alternative and personal perspective, integrating the traveler with the inhabitant’s life stile and culture. A simple proposal, but yet, have been sustained and followed as a philosophy, by the agency staff and its current manager Mr. José Ricardo.
Witch since 2006 kept a transparent way of work, loyal to this proposal, gathering the finest of services (guides, transports, hotels, and office staff) to work as associate to the Gulliver Company and to its proposal.
After having installed our first office in Foz do Iguaçu, and on these past 4 years of activity, the Gulliver Team reached a high level quality standard as being accepted by several local and international operators from all over the world as professional incoming agent. In this period we also earned total confidence from local providers not only in Foz do Iguaçu but also through out Brazil, this way maximizing the support and personal help in any and every of the travelers need.
We realized solid partnerships with local agencies in all interesting destinations in Brazil and even in Buenos Aires.
Regarding our services, we have outstanding deals with accommodations, domestic flight-issue, transportation-companies, bilingual guides, and so on.
Since March 2008 we are also associated at ABAV (Brazilian Tourism Board).
With our home page we want to give global information about all interesting and important regions of the country where by yourself you are able to choose your own itinerary using our reservation formulary.

Graduated in Tourism and Hotel Business (1981) in Belgium. Pratical stage in Switzerland. 15 years of tourism experience in summer & winter destinations in Europe.
10 years of various activities in the Carribean and South America.
Since 2000 living and working in Brazil. Speaking Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Dutch.
Profissional experience: Local guide various european countries. Hotel & Bar management; Host & Resident manager international T.O'S.
Brazilian, starting to participate in the Gulliver team from november 2006 in the financial department and reservation supporting.
3 years of professional experience.
Joined the team on middle of 2008, starting ate the reservation sector of the company. Native Brazilian, traveled to few places on Brazil such as Rio Grande do Sul (Gramado and Canela), Santa Catarina (Camboriu), several other cities in the Parana state also São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
Speaking Portuguese, English, basic Spanish and studying japanese.
